Mike founded Berwyn Partners in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of executive search experience and a proven track record of recruiting C-suite leaders across the healthcare landscape. His expertise spans health insurance, healthcare information technology, and tech-enabled services, with clients ranging from national payers and publicly traded companies to private equity-backed platforms and growth companies.

Mike began his executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles, where he advanced through several leadership positions, ultimately serving as Office Managing Partner in Philadelphia. He later joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Managing Director, where he led both the Healthcare Services and Healthcare IT Practices. In 2011, he became a Partner at Chartwell Partners, a specialist recruiting firm known for senior-level, high-touch executive search.

Based in Philadelphia, Mike enjoys golf and walking his hounds. He is a devoted fan of Philadelphia sports teams.
